In the event that you infringe the Intellectual Property under applicable law, the terms of this agreement or any other matter, you will be notified and be forced to pay the industry standard Triple Fee for unauthorized usage and/or be prosecuted for copyright infringement in the United States Federal Court and you will be subject to damages as well as our current court costs and attorneys' fees.
